My wife brought her car here for its MOT (it passed!) and the chaps there were brilliant! She has been to this garage before and they are really good – they do a really excellent job at a very reasonable price. They are really honest, helpful and trustworthy and will only do what needs doing (my wife has been stung elsewhere in the past...and that was the dealership!!!). They're always friendly, they make you feel welcome and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I hire cars frequently and this is the best experience I have had. Jack and the other staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful and pleasant. Their policy is transparent and very reasonable regarding any damage to the car. And we were given virtually a brand new car. I will definitely use this branch again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

got car as ours was being mended at nearby Nationwide on someone else's insurance (they'd reversed into us) Because the small car we'd asked for and expected was not available (the previous person hadnt returned it) , we were given a gigantic 4 wheel drive Hyundai. Rita was wonderful, meeting me promptly at Nationwide Crash centre, kindly explaining how to use the unfamiliar new car and saying it would be fine if my son had to go far away in it, and not return til days after our own car was fixed.

Cannot fault the sales team but the admin team are shocking. Part-exchanged my fiesta for an Astra, they didn't process in time so I got a fine from ford for late payment. Tax refund for fiesta sent off late, after chasing them up phone call after phone call, I just got pie'd off by them saying they'll call me back to sort it, which they never did. Apparently the woman was on holiday, but what about the rest of the team? Took the Astra in to get a free clean a week later, as it was dirty when I picked it up. Just pick it up and drove off as I had a screaming baby with me, got home, drivers door was scratched. Obviously I can't prove it was them once I drove off. They paid me the fine money in the end, but no one except the sales team seem to care, and some don't seem to even know what they're doing! Won't go here again, I'll go else Where.

I took my Insignia for service and at first I was not happy with the results, however, things changed when I received an after service phone call survey from Vauxhall, I expressed my disappointment and I was promised the manager will call me back. I then received a call from the manager Alan Cable who clarified my queries most were found to be (misunderstood/miscommunication) Following that phone discussion with the manager who listened and was willing to get my matter sorted, my car was scheduled to be collected from home and delivered back (free service), I paid a bit extra for another extra job I needed but overall got far much more than what I paid for in total. Today my car was delivered back, in top-notch and now I am 100% satisfied customer. I would advise anyone who might might have an issue to speak to the manager and get the issue the sorted as I did on mine. GABRIEL INSIGNIA DN11...
